The
Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997 (Amended 1999) state
that Employers must:
- Carry
out fire risk assessments,
- Keep
formal records if 5 or more people are employed.
- Ensure
that all staff receive instruction and training to ensure they
understand the fire precautions in the building where they work
and actions to take in the event of a fire.

All
practical fire exercises are undertaken utilising environmentally
friendly equipment and instruction is provided by fully trained and
experienced personnel.
The
above 3 hour course is carried out on your premises and an adequate
outside area should be available for the practical demonstration of
fire extinguishers. |
